Cheap looking
The upper portion of the boot looks like cheap vinyl. They are a little tight. If you decide to gamble on these, you may want 1/2 size larger. Mine are going back. They look like something from Walmart.

collapses at the ankle
I would like the boot but the shaft is flimsy. It's incongruent with the foot part. Almost looks like 2 different boot styles. So close to being a win.
