Nordstrom said its shipped
I was thrilled to purchase this denim jacket. It has been 1 week since I got a notification that it shipped. Still saying pre- shipment as of 7 days after I placed an order. When I purchased there was only 1 med. Now its back on stock as 1 in stock. When I called customer service, the agent told me I have to wait 7 days to call back to say I did not receive. Why can they investigate the problem instead of asking me to wait and call back to claim that I didn't receive it. Its very upsetting that nordstrom took my money but dont want to send me what I paid for. Or refund me
