When I first saw the bag I was a bit disappointed. The bag is beautiful but it has some imperfections. The top handle is a bit lopsided/bent to side. The crossbody strap was also bent/misshaped and it doesn’t look/feel/smell like the same leather of the bag itself . Not sure if strap is real leather. Looks like strap is getting back to shape over time. Crossbody strap is also a bit shorter than I would like. At its longest it hits around my belly button (I’d prefer to the hip, I’m 5’7”). It can fit my iPhone 14, my keys, and probably a card case but not a wallet. Overall the craftsmanship is not the best but it is a very nice looking bag. The color is a bit deeper than a saddle brown or cognac but lighter than chocolate. I’m leaning towards keeping it.

Cheap looking leather
The bag's design is pretty, but the leather is very low quality. It looks like a bag bought at Forever 21. I'm gifting it as I will not keep it.
