Fit like tight leggings; no way they're 24" inseam
These are tight, like leggings for me. The waist still fit properly. It's clearly how they're supposed to fit. Bought the 27 bc there wasn't a 28 and probably will return bc they are just a bit too tight; the 28 would have been perfect. There is absolutely no way they're a 24" inseam. I'm 5'1"ish and I would have had to hem them...

I have two pairs of jeans from this company in size 28. They are not tight at all, in fact they are very comfortable. I saw the description read "true to size" so I ordered a size 28. They were ridiculously tight. I can pull them up, zip and button them but the muffin top created and the look was way tighter than work out leggings. I understand these are supposed to be fitted and they might stretch somewhat but imo this style runs a full size small. I sent them back and could not reorder since they no longer have the size 29. This is too bad because I love them and the sale price was great considering this brand is expensive.
