Terrible Customer Service
Customer service is terrible. I have been trying for a week to get help with return. You can only speak with a bot and when I finally got a phone number for customer service it disconnected me multiple times-every phone call. The reason for the need to speak to a live person is that return labels downloaded are cut off & cannot be used when printed.
