These are cheap plastic

I received 6 plastic glasses that were shipped in a box inside a box. No packing material, you could hear and feel them bouncing around before opening. They are cheap plastic and not soda-lime glass! They don't even have the same shape as what was shown. To boot, I am being charged $9.95 to return an item that was NOT AS DESCRIBED! I just received some Schott Zwiesel glasses from Costco today that were actual glass. I would not recommend these.
