received completely different cardigan
I received this item, but it is not the same one as the picture. It is very cropped and has short sleeves. The style is different.
Now I have no choice , but to look for a store just to return this item. Shame on you Nordstrom Rack this is very bad customer service.

This is not the item I received.
As mentioned by another reviewer, this is not the item I received. I was sent a crop crew neck sweater with short sleeves, Yuck! I thought it was a fluke, but it happened to others.

beautiful but runs big
I bought this sweater for a cruise and although I read the reviews, I only downsize by one size and should have downsized by two. It was still very large. After the cruise, I took it home washed and shrunk it in the dryer and now it’s perfect.
