So close to love!
I so wanted to love this dress. The color is beautiful, the draping, THE POCKETS. What’s not to love? The top portion of this dress! I’m a 40D and I couldn’t even get the buttons to meet. The dress fit everywhere else EXCEPT the top. I’m contemplating sizing up but I fear the bottom portion will be too voluminous.

Looks and fits just like the picture
It is a beautiful blue color and I LOVE a dress with pockets. I was afraid it would be heavy, but the cotton fabric is crisp and light. It isn’t lined so a slip may be necessary (I am old school). For the fit, I suggest going by the bust and waist measurements because the skirt is so full, the hips won’t matter. I am borderline 1X/2X. The 1X is snug in the bodice so I will wear a tank or something underneath and leave the top buttons open instead of going up a size. I can’t wait to wear it to work, to dinner, to the museum, on vacation…it’s very versatile. One downside is the care instructions say hand wash—for me that means turn it inside out, put it in a mesh bag, and wash on delicate cycle with gentle soap. This dress is a keeper!
