I received used shoes, with creases in the toe area and worn soles. There were not in a shoebox, just in a plastic bag, in a shipping box. They also had multiple price stickers on them that would probably damage the shoes if I were to try to remove them. Great shoes for the price
My husband LOVES it! I have purchased this shoes multiple times for my hubby who works at the dealership.
