I have been a FitFlop customer since 2010. Your shoes were always my "go to" for comfortable footwear, and my closet was full of shoes I had purchased from your company. I don't know what you have done or why things have changed, but your shoes are no longer comfortable. The upper materials are stiff and the soles are hard. I'm so disappointed by the last three or four orders I have placed, and had to return.
FYI I purchased a similar style eight years ago and I still wear them, still comfortable!

Deciding on these
I find the toe bed a bit narrow and if I go up a half size the shoe length will be too big. After wearing in my home for about an hour, I noticed my small toes were red when I removed the shoes. I’ll wear around my home and see how they truly feel after a couple of hours.
I don’t think they will work for me.

No better than Sketchers
I was really looking forward to these sneakers. I had the sketcher black-and-white ones which were comfortable slip ons. But I thought the fit flop would be made better and better support for my feet. I was pretty disappointed to discover they weren’t any different. Oh well…
