Denise in service checkout just walked away
The product was great but returned them due to the size. My experience was not very good as the checkout person decided to take a break when i was the last in line but in back of two very large returns. Denise simply walked away when she could have helped me for 3 minutes then could have taken off. I hate customer service when its the attitude of the agent or the policy that tells one to treat you like a problem. I dont care if policy is to take a break down to the minute. See that helping your last customer first or at least tell me I'll be taken care of by someone else. Just walking way is terrible customer service. Tell Denise in the Folsom store
