Good quality denim skirt that fits great with a little stretch

Although the description said it was a mid weight denim, I was still hopeful that it might be lighter weight. The fabric, though very nice, was just going to be too hot for me in the summer here in Maryland. And I really don’t wear skirts any other time.

Just what I had been looking for. the largest available was a 10, which I took a chance on because most of my faherty purchases have run way too large. Sadly I had to return the skirt because the waistband is way too tight. No larger sizes remain. PS. If someone returns a size12 or 14 I would gladly accept it !

Love the stretchy material of the skirt, waist was a tad tight but because of stretch it’s doable and I’m not going to exchange.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This skirt is made from a great fabric; I have some pants in the same fabric, and they are very comfortable. I'm really glad I was able to get ir in the skirt. It fits just right, except.....it's a maxi on me. I'm almost 5'2", and I'll have to get it hemmed by 3 or 4 inches, (The pants I got were the same. ) I'm sure that once I get it hemmed, I'll be wearing it a lot. I have done well getting tops from you, but when I buy pants or skirts, an added expense (an not being able to wear it right away) is getting it hemmed. I really like the quality of your clothes, but I would really apprecite it if you'd carry petites. I see that you carry men's talls: I bet I'm not the only woman who would buy more if you had petites. Thanks.

I'm in love because the stretch of the fabric is just perfect and the slit allows perfect flexibility to enter and exit a car. The skirt is properly stitched and finished indicating the quality we all expected from this great brand. Enjoy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Usually I wear a size 6 or 8 skirt. The style of the skirt was exactly what I was looking for, but skirt in a medium was way too small. Unfortunately I had to return it. Too bad cuz it was exactly what I was looking for.

I wanted to love this skirt, and I was intrigued by the description of the fabric. My husband loves his Faherty items, and I thought I might, too. I had read somewhere that this brand runs small, so I ordered a 12 instead of my usual 10. It's a no-go for me, as I do not like my waist skin-tight. If you do, or if you have a tiny waist, it might work for you. Not for me. Also, just an FYI that the fabric is very heavy--that is not necessarily bad, just a good thing to know. I wish this skirt had worked for me, but it is going back. The hip area isn't as small, but the waist is tight even with a bit of stretch.

I love your clothing. Seeing that midi denim skirt brought me back to when I used to have the exact same one! Loved it! Unfortunately, your prices are a bit high- even on sale- for a working class gal like myself, but I do enjoy looking!
