My go to casual pant

Expect stretch fabric in medium weight
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These fit closely -- not loose trousers -- and are of medium weight. They're not the lightest summer pants, but something I wear in the other seasons of our Minnesota year. They are of the expected high Faherty quality.

I bought these last year
