Not as Pictured
Ordered these and received a very different style of Jean than as pictured. These are NOT the patch pocket jeans. They are a basic straight leg denim with regular pockets. Called customer service and they told me I’d have to pay $10 to ship them back and drop them off at the post office, with no option to exchange. Representative told me to call back after shipping and ask to be refunded the $10 shipping fee, then try and order again to see if I will get the right pair. Very poor customer service. Not my mistake but I have to pay for shipping, wait in line at the post office, and then place another order hoping it will be correct and not have to go through this hassle again. Never experienced customer service like this before. Big disappointment.

not jeans in picture.
I saw the other reviews and thought Nordstrom had for sure fixed the issue of sending the wrong Jean. They haven’t. The jeans I got were not what is pictured and are not nearly as cute. Don’t bother ordering.

Wrong item
As with a previous reviewer, I received the wrong pair of jeans. They were more of a stone wash, basic (without the front pockets). I returned them and would recommend avoiding purchase, as obviously their inventory is incorrect.

Do NOT Buy NOT the pictured jeans
Similar to other reviews, I did not receive these jeans but instead the typical five-pocket jeans in the Riverton wash. I also spoke with Customer Service but still had to pay the $10 return charge even though Nordstrom Rack screwed up. Do not order these jeans. Not sure why it is so hard to fix the description as the tags on the actual jeans are very clear.
