not really a sweatshirt
I bought this for an upcoming trip to Ireland, which can be cold and damp. I usually wear a M and the M fit fine. It's beautiful on. I love it, but I may need to return it. I had planned to layer it under a jacket or use on its own on warmer days, but fabric is much thinner than expected, and so not really warm. I put a t-shirt on underneath that has stripes on it, and you could see the stripes through the fabric. If you're looking for a lighter weight pull-over, this might be fine. But it's not really a sweatshirt.
