Eyelash Knit Slouch Sweater

It's so hard to find a classic, quality sweater at a good price. This sweater won't stretch out in a year, and the color is so rich. I have the red and am ordering in the mahoghany, black and white. I am petite, 5'3", and it's hits halfway down my hip which is perfect for me, very flattering. So as stated in prior reviews, it might hit higher for a tall person. I think the type of knit makes it really flattering too, I'm a size medium or large so sometimes sweaters in those sizes can be too baggy and shapeless on me. This one is a winner. I love the sheen on the nap as well, it makes it more interesting.

Having read others' reviews of this sweater, I thought it would fit well. I am short-waisted, so the complaints about the length were of no concern for me (and the length was perfect). But the fit through the arms & shoulders! Good grief! The sweater is constructed with so much extra material through the armholes and down the sleeves that it's nearly a "batwing" cut. I doubt I could fit a winter jacket over it. So, back it goes.
