Dress is great in concept, but not in quality. Where the top meets the actual skirt is sewn horribly, the fabric skirt is stiff and hard. I returned it immediately.

The top half of this dress is well done. The bottom half is actually very stiff and accordion-like with the bottom hem shrinking in. It’s not flowy like I was expecting. Very unflattering and returned.
