Terrible!!! DO NOT BUY
I have ordered this dog bed twice now. The first time I received a dog bed with no grey cover. Thinking it was just a little mistake, I returned it, paid the return shipping few as I was told to do, and ordered a new one. I receive the new one, and what do you know. No GREY COVER!!! Just a useless white sack for my dog to destroy in minutes. Called customer service again and they said “the product description must be incorrect and not include the cover.” Nordstrom also states they aren’t the sellers/shippers of this item so they can’t fix the issue. Never shopping here ever again

Don't bother! Doesn't come with cover
I ordered 2 beds and they didn't come with covers. My option is now to keep two beds without covers or go out of my way to return them. Ridiculous.
Customer service says it's in the review (Nordstrom is aware and hasn't fixed the issue)
