Poor Quality
I wore this one time out to dinner. Followed directions to wash on delicate and lay flat to dry. Went to wear it a second time and found two large holes in the lace. What is worst is that Nordstrom Rack would only give me a merchandise credit because I returned it 43 days after i purchased it. I wore it ONCE. This sweater was a splurge for a special occasion and given the price, name brand, etc- should not have been such poor quality. I am equally disappointed in Nordstrom Rack customer service and after I spend my merchandise credit wont shop there again. If I am going to splurge on something it will be at store with a better return policy-which I can not believe I am saying about Nordstrom.
