Elemis White Flowers Eye & Lip Makeup Remover is a gentle yet effective bi-phase makeup remover that instantly cleanses the delicate eye and lip area of all traces of makeup, including stubborn waterproof mascara. It's formulated with white peony extract to hydrate, cooling white tea to soothe and vitamin B5 to condition. Skin is left feeling fresh and revitalized.
How to use: Shake thoroughly to combine. Apply to a cotton pad and hold over your eyes or lips and gently sweep away makeup. Avoid direct contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse with water.

The worst eye makeup removal! I am using two more products after this because is not doing anything! After I remove my makeup and I am taking a shower. My under eyes are black from my mascara because is still there ! I will never buy this product again!
