Element 3-Piece Luggage Set

Luggage is beautiful. That said, I had major issues with the zipper not working properly upon first use. Zipper would open and I would have to use the second zipper to close it. When I stood the bag up all four wheels did not align on the floor. I completed the warranty with Chaps and bought a luggage strap for further security. Upon arrival, the luggage came off the conveyer belt busted open from the failed zipper and items kept inside only due to the strength of the baggage strap I added. As you can see, the bag was not extended to its full capacity. On the return flight I had no choice but to use the bag. The images added shows what the bag does when zipped normally, it simply reopens on the other end. I reported the issue to Chaps and they refused my claim stating that it is the airline's fault for damaging the bag. Worst customer service ever. I will return the luggage set to Nordstrom tomorrow, luckily just within the return policy expiration date. Will continue my search for a new set of luggage.
