Ok sweater. It has a much rougher weave & texture than how it appears in the photo. It runs big. 2x is my usual Eileen Fisher size. This one is a lot wider than my other EF tops.

beautiful sweater
I bought the sweater because of the unusual gold color. It matched the color displayed online and I am very happy with it. The fabric and texture is substantial and beautiful. I often wear a 3x in sweaters, however this fit very generously in a 2x. I would suggest going down from your usual size. As you can see from the photograph, the shape is rather boxy rather that fitted, but it looks flattering and casual when worn. I'm considering getting another one if they go on sale.
