Jacket Arrived Totally Crumpled
This silk jacket arrived in a too small (10 in. X 12 in.) plastic bag, with no tissue or cardboard shapers and stuffed by the mailman in my mailbox. It was totally crumpled having been stuffed in my mailbox with all my mail. It was so crumpled everywhere, it was unwearable. Now I have to figure out how to iron a silk jacket or send it to the cleaners to be pressed. I’m amazed that Nordstrom Rack people who work with clothing would package it this way. So thoughtless and unprofessional. I’m totally dissatisfied.
