Not for long toes or narrow heels
The foot bed is comfy & ankle strap is easily adjustable/good for skinny ankles. The toe strap has space above & beside my toes. My long toes almost come over the edge of the shoe when I walk. I usually wear a 7.5 or an 8. I got these in an 8.5 & sizing up wouldn't work. I'm returning these.
