Think twice
Looks like an average chenille sweater that you'd buy at TJ Max for $20. And it's warm but not in a good way. I know it says organic cotton but feels like it was made with pipe cleaners. AND is not oversized. I would have exchanged it if I could not return for a large because I really do like the oversized look. This fits me perfectly which for me is not great. For reference i am 5'4" 34D and about 135lbs.

Love it!
there’s always some hesitation in buying something that’s a final sale with no chance return, but I tend to love Eileen Fisher stuff so I took a chance. The sweater feels like it was made for me! It’s an extra large and I I’m tall with pretty broad shoulders and long arms, and this is a great fit. Really, really glad I rolled the dice.

Not typical Eileen Fisher sizing
I'm glad I ordered the XL because this sweater runs small! It is lightweight cotton chenille. I've been looking for layering tops to travel with to France & Italy in September/October, so this one may work out very well. It is flattering on my curvy menopause-middle shaped body. Not too short, not too long. Wish it came in more colors! I'm happy I bought it on clearance. IMO, not worth the original retail of $298!
