THE WORST SHIPPING EVER!!
This is a beautiful Blouse, gorgeous color and Eileen Fisher quality. However it was rolled in a ball and stuffed int the smallest plastic bag they could find then placed inside another plastic bag and shipped....It will need to go to the cleaners to be pressed just to get the wrinkles out! Such a shame!

terrible online shopping
I ordered a new Eileen Fisher top online but received one with a hole in the front and it's not eligible for return or exchange. How can a damaged item still be for sale? How can anyone trust shopping from your store? I contacted customer service, but they couldn't help at all.
