I was hopeful, and couldn’t believe what a good value this was. However very disappointed as the quality of pearls is a substandard. Definitely not A rated. I learned my lesson “you get what you pay for”. I would be a little embarrassed to wear this in public. Apparently, according to their policy this cannot be returned back at Nordstrom’s rack where I got. Due to price point and brand but online, you can return it within the store. I was harassed by the manager telling me that they do not take this brand back as a in store return, that I will have to ship this. She refused to acknowledge I received an authorization of return for in store.
