Not as ordered
I ordered this ring but a completely different ring arrived. It was a garnet ring, not on Nordstrom Rack or Effy sites. When I called customer service, they just told me to bring it back, no apologies for my time or experience. If I want the one I actually ordered, I will have to wait 3 weeks. Why would I order and trust that it will be right a second time.
The whole thing seems a little fishy to me......
