Different gold tone

I was so excited to find this necklace on sales. I waited 2 weeks for shipment to arrive. I like that it has 3 length adjustment but upon a closer inspection, I noticed the chain is visibly very yellow compared to the gold on the heart area. It’s completely two different tones! The heart pendant from the back also doesn’t look new. The stock photo online has a matching chain and pendant color. Not sure what’s happening here.
