The cleaner is ok. But the endless emails from Dyson even after I unsubscribed from them are extremely annoying. These companies and their marketing geniuses don’t understand that they are losing all goodwill towards their products.

Cleans well, long run time, easy to clean
I have only used it once since purchasing. It does take some getting used to but once I got the hang of it I had no trouble using it. You have to be careful how much cleaner you put in the water because you will get a foam if you run it on anything other then a low speed. My only complain is that you cannot find the Dyson Probiotic Cleaner anywhere and even though I get notifications when it is in stock it never is. I have been trying for over a week to get it even waking up really early in the morning but it is NEVER available. Very frustrating. Also the dirt trap that scrapes the rollers doesn't slide off correctly. Other then that I love it.

Cleans Good, Assembly and Disassembly Required
I have all tile in my 1700 sq ft house and got this to help save my back from the manual labor of mopping the floor twice a week. It cleans well, and is easy to push around, but I have empty the dirty water at least 3 times and refill the clean at least twice each time I use it. Once done, I have to take it all apart and clean it, then put it all back together and run the self clean. After that I have take it apart and clean it again, let the rollers and brushes dry, and put it back together. It is time consuming to get all the hair out of the brushes. I’m giving it 3 stars because of this. I do have a dog, and vacuum the floors in advance. Not sure how long it’s going to last considering all of the taking apart and putting back to together required.

Real cleaning!
I’m hooked on the cleaning this machine provides for me. No more just mopping around dirty water. My tile floors have never been this clean. I’ve talked 2 of my friends to buy one too. Shame Dyson doesn’t have a reward or referral program. lol

Does a good job
