Quality did not match up to price.
I purchased the dryer 12/27 2019. I had trouble with it
Not working within 7 months. Customer service said
Keep The filters clean. That was a temporary fix. I told them I believed the problem was with the cord. The representative would not accept that. Six months later the dryer kept stopping and now only operates a few seconds. I will be sending it back. Disappointed for the price I spent.

Missing attachments
When I first saw it on sale I was super excited becuase I have been wanting to get the dyson air wrap for a long time. However I didn’t realize that it’s missing key attachments such as the volume brush and the smoothing brush. When I received it was very disappointed because now I see there is another sale on the air wrap that’s has all the attachments. I feel like I didn’t get my money’s worth !

Great tool for lazy hair people (me!)
This Dyson is the perfect tool for folks who don’t like to spend a lot of time and effort on their hair—but also want nice looks for events.
I also think this Dyson tool is good for people with arm and hand limitations. You don’t have to twist and turn it like you so a traditional curler, and it doesn’t really get hot and dangerous near your skin. The dryer tool is lovely too because when I let my hair dry on it’s own it just needs a little warm air to finish drying.
I guess my only complaints are it is big (takes up a lot of counter space) and is loud. Not as loud as my Dyson vacuum but still scars my cats. Lol
