Buttercup Blow Dryer

I purchased this pricey blow dryer thinking this brand would have a quality product. Unfortunately, it broke after a few uses. Something metal broke within it and is now defective. I threw out the box and didn’t consider looking for a manufacturer warranty (my fault), now nearly $200 later it is broken, and I have no way to return it as it is accepted. Nordstrom rack cannot accept it unless within 45 days of purchase, and on drybar.Com they will not help if you purchase from a third party such as nordstromrack. For all those purchasing please beware and sign up for the manufacturer warranty if it comes in the box, to hopefully save you the headache. I was really happy with the blow out, but I think it is only good for thin hair, so it doesn’t short out or break with longer, thicker hair. I had much better lifespan on my conair $30 one. Basically , the product is great until it breaks, unnecessarily early.
