Time Off Platform Sneaker

I have three other pairs of Time Off sneakers that I've had for two years. The first time I tried a pair on, I told my spouse these were the most comfortable sneakers I'd ever worn. No break-in period. Like walking on a cloud. But this new pair I received are the opposite. They are much smaller than the others. Very tight in the toe box and shorter in length. And these are supposed to have a wide toe box, so that's extra frustrating. (I also ordered a different color from DSW and had the same tightness issue. I don't know what has changed in the way the shoes are made, but they are no longer true to size and no longer have a wider-than-usual toe box.) I generally love Time Off and wear them on 20K-step days when I travel or when I know I'll be on my feet all day. They are a very comfortable and stylish shoe. But the sizes are no longer consistent. So now I'm exchanging for size, and I have to go up a full size because a half-size isn't available between 10 and 11. Should I just go up in size or also try the wide version? I have no idea. Very frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shoes are very comfortable, I am really a 10.5 but got the 11s since there is no 10.5 but they fit perfectly. They are super cushioned which is good because I stand a lot at work. My feet never feel too hot so they are breathable. Even though there is sort of a platform the souls are pretty flexible. The tread is pretty thick so I am hoping it lasts for a while from a sustainability point. The only thing I don’t really like or have an issue with is that the laces feel like they are a couple inches too short, like when I go to tie them it is hard to keep ahold of the strings.
