From store, very visibly worn
Received in mail today in a rag & bone box (so not Dr Marten box). And the boots had very visibly been tried on many times with creases.
Confirmed with chat rep that these were sent directly from a store in NC, which is fine but at least try and send good condition footwear.
I’ve purchased these boots previously and ended up keeping these knowing the creases would end up there regardless (and the rest of the boot was in fine condition). But I would have expected a much bigger discount than $20 off.
