Very poor service.
Shipped wrong size, and will charge me $10 to return. Still haven't heard if the return arrived or not. Please teach your staff US vs. UK shoe sizes.

Disappointed
I have never owned a pair of Dr. Martens but these boots just called my name with a punk rock attitude and a feminine kiss. It was welcome to a new world of shoe fashion and I was so excited. Unfortunately, when I tried them on, the right shoe was much tighter across the instep than the left.. Inside, the double stitching cuts and rubs the top of my foot so much there is no way I can wear them hoping they will stretch. I will be returning them. :(
