I am very disappointed with my dress. The dress received was not the same I ordered, no roses at the bottom, see the pictures, lot true size, much bigger.

In person this dress is neon and the ruffle bottom is very thick. It fit well and maybe another color would be better. I knew it had a lot of mixed reviews but tried it anyway. I love Nordstrom for the ease of returns.
