Strap too loose
I agree with previous reviewer. Major design flaw. Strap won’t stay up around ankle. Too loose. Returned immediately. It’s comfortable and great looking style otherwise.

Flawed Design
This shoe is super cute and comfortable but horribly flawed. The back strap falls down almost immediately upon walking a few steps. It is clearly a design flaw as my shoe is correctly sized. I paid top dollar for these shoes and now I can’t wear them! Don’t waste your money.

These are some of the best sandals I've ever owned. I bought the black and gold ones. They don't slip off my ankles as some reviewers mentioned. I don't see the flaw people are talking about. Maybe they bought a size too big. The strap stays on with no problem, doesn't come down. I love them.
