Gems falling off
I purchased this as a “Diamond Birthday” (60th) gift for a friend with impeccable taste. When I opened the box, gems had fallen off the purse leaving noticeable patches. When I opened the purse, there was a small baggie with replacement gems to glue back on. Apparently this is a problem. The purse is also smaller than it appears in the pictures. I am returning this purse.
