The dress is beautiful. I bought the Black.
The fabric is more substantial on the Black dress. It fits great because you can adjust the fit. It fits me like a maxi dress. I’m going to keep it that way. It’s a dramatic feminine dress.

Could have been cute
In the salt dot color, the top of the dress is not lined, but the bottom is. I don’t understand how this is not visible in all the influencer photos of this dress, but it looks terrible in person. Also, don’t bother with this dress if you have a large chest, you’ll look like a milk maid. Might be cute if you are tall, thin, and small chested, but I can’t look past the fact it is only half lined.

Super nice but SUPER see through
I purchased the white dress in both medium and large. The medium fits well and has a beautiful, medieval-style design. However, the fabric is extremely thin and very see-through, like a nightgown. It’s not something I could wear out in public.

beautiful, but a little big
I love this dress! It’s so beautiful and comfy. I got it in white and it is not see through at all. It washes well in the washing machine too (I think Doen says to handwash their cotton but I am not handwashing cotton, it’s literally cotton). I got it in small, but I think I could’ve gotten an XS. It’s a bit big in the bust (and I’m a 32F) and can show a bra if you’re not careful. It’s very long on me too (I’m 5’2) so I will probably get it hemmed.

great dress but different material
I wish they stated more clearly this is the Poplin dress not the original lightweight material. I was expecting the original, but instead it’s oolong material. I do like that this one is less sheer, although I prefer the one they have on the Doen website that is cotton/viscose blend, it flows a lot nicer and the top is not as stiff. Also the bows tie better not the other version. Still very nice just depends what you prefer. Would love for both versions to be available.
