Does not keep the shape
I was so excited about this bag! It looks great in-person, however it doesn’t keep the shape once I put all my staff inside (not even all my staff, just half of it, what I usually take at work with me) . It feels flimsy and loose. I was a little disappointed. Will be returning it back.
