Walker Stretch Puffer Jacket with Faux Fur Lining

I'm VERY disappointed in Nordstrom Rack for playing "dirtypool" with my order after I've give them so much of my business. I was searching for a nice, Black Friday Sale women's coat. I saw this one and put it in my cart. Or at least I THOUGHT that I had! When I went to checkout, it wouldn't allow me because it stated that the coat in my size was sold out. So, I found a different one to purchase and went to check that one out ( and I actually preferred it more than this one). Not realizing until I attempted to purchase my second choice, that the 1st item was, in fact, NOT sold out and the transaction had gone through! I've seen Nordstrom Rack do that little "switcheroo" before, where they claim that an item is sold out when it isn't. So, I try to cancel my order, but there is no option to do that. I called customer service to see if they could cancel it, but she said that "it was too late to cancel it". Now mind you... I had only purchased the coat an HOUR before! And.... it won't get to me until 11/30, and then I have to take the item to a store to return it. (yes... try to go to the mall 3 days after Thanksgiving... no problem)! All of this is too much of a hassle and I'm sure that I can get faster and better service ordering from Amazon.
