[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This skirt was not at all what I was expecting. First of all, I need to state that I’m short — 5’0” and it is WAY longer on me than on the model. It’s more of a tea length on her and on me it’s a legit ankle-length maxi skirt. It’s also pleated, which I couldn’t tell from the picture. It’s made from that scratchy chiffon material, not the soft chiffon, but it is lined, so it’s not uncomfortable to wear. It has an elastic waistband and I’d say it runs a little small. I usually wear a small in DKNY, but a medium in this skirt fits me. I could do a small, because it’s so stretchy, but I couldn’t size down. So don’t size down from your usual size and if anything, size up. Other than that the print really feels like a faux animal print to me. I immediately thought cheetah, when I was expecting more of an abstract floral. The embedded sparkly threads were a total surprise, but I feel like if you’re going to attempt this skirt, you’ve really got to commit and go all in. Definitely a statement piece. I haven’t decided if it’ll make it into my rotation for the school year or not, but we’ll see.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm pleasantly surprised with how much I love this skirt and I feel very cute in it. The fit is perfect and it's not too tight nor too loose. I love that it's comfortable to wear and I can move around in it very easily. I love the pattern on the skirt and I would wear this everywhere.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love love love this skirt! It is super flattering on this mama with mid section weight gain. You can wear it a little higher on the waist to camouflage your tummy. I think it can be dressed up but also down with a cute graphic tee and sneakers. The material and pleating is so nice!

I loved that there was some gold threading through out the fabric that gave it some shimmer when I moved. It is true to size and very easy to dress up or dress down and is so comfortable. It was just the right length (I’m 5’4) that I could were it with heels or a nice pair of sandals.
