Bought three pairs!
I bought these boots in black in 2022 and loved them so much I bought a white pair and now I’m buying a second black pair to have when the original ones die. I wear them all the time and over the past year I have not had any issues! They are true to size and are beyond cute!

Broke in two wears
I was excited for this shoe but it the zipper broke in two wears. The color is also a warmer brown so a bit different than in the picture.

Had these shoes for almost a year and only wore them a few times. Usually when I buy boots from Nordstrom I don’t have this problem but the right heel broke on my boot. I usually take great care of my shoes for them to last like 3 years. Pretty disappointed!

Heel fell apart
These boots are really pretty but I had to return them twice!! I repurchased the same boots (thinking I probably received some defective ones the first time) but the heel fell off again within 5 months. I’m bummed out since I really wanted to keep them.
