So MUCH heel slip
I originally tried on the size 9 and it was a bit too big (I’m usually an 8 1/2 or 9 depending on the shoe) so I knew that I would be an 8 1/2 in this one. Unfortunately, the 8 1/2 was snug around the toes but there was still so much heel slip and it was way too loose in the heel to walk comfortably. I tried on 2 different pairs thinking it was just a glitch but the other pair was exactly the same. Terrible design flaw for such a cute boot. Disappointed.

Super cute, but…
These boots are so cute, cuteness they are a 10. I ordered normal size 9 and they were huge. Returned for an 8.5 and my heal still slipped terribly. Tried wearing around the house with all sorts of socks… heal always slipped. So bummed and returned the 2nd pair.

On the fence but love!
I really like these boots but I would say the dye wasn't done very well on the buckle! When you tighten the buckle there is no dye where it was buckled when delivered! One boot says the color is brown and the other says olive but they look the same! I still love the look and will keep them because of the price! Also the strap on one boot is loose so quality isn't great!
