Nordstrom Shipping Fail
They had these marked wrong at the distribution center. Sent me the wrong pair 2x. Return system is whack - they want you to pay shipping, but will reimburse. Finally just went to the store to return them. Overall, unimpressed with the brand. Store clerks were pleasant and helpful - that's the best I can say.
