Heel strap is too loose
A true kitten despite the claim of a 2.87” heel, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the heel strap was too big and the shoe wouldn’t stay on. Had to return.

Not suede/strap problem
The heel strap seems to be too wide for the shoe. It is loose and could fall down on small ankles. There is a small elastic added so it stays in place but doesn't add support. I have very small ankles and flat feet so t's like wearing a pair of mules and doesn't affect wear for me. Also, the shoe label clearly states vegan suede so it's microfiber.

Won’t stay on feet
I wish I could give these 5 stars because they are very comfortable and fit accross the width of my foot. However the back slips off my heel making it impossible to walk. So disappointed.
