Too big and way too expensive for a return
Boxy, way too big, had to be returned. Also, $9.95 return fee?!? Nordstrom Rack, that’s absolutely ridiculous. The number of other retailers offering free returns and you charge this astronomical amount PER ITEM? Terrible. You’ve lost my business.
