need more support
The shoe is well made, but I need a thicker sole with more support.
I was very annoyed about having to get into the regular purchase line to return a product at the store. There was a pick-up desk but not returns desk. I don't want to carry my return around the store or get in line twice, if I'm buying something else. It would be great if they would consider changing this protocol.

mule not as descripted
These mules are size 38 but more like a 39-40 much too big. The memory foam is not cushy and little arch support and hard. The side stitching is not good. I will return.

Excellent casual shoe
Very comfortable mules, and they actually stay on my feet. I did have to size down from a 39 to the 38 (I'm usually American size 8.5), and I'm very glad I did. The length of the 38 is perfect, and the fit is snug enough. I really like the padding at the heel and the modest arch support. I could use more arch support, but I have very high arches. I got them in the tan, which is the perfect neutral for every summer outfit in my wardrobe. I'm planning to take these on vacation, since they are so comfortable to walk in and go with everything - and they take up so little space in the suitcase.
