5-Pack Lightweight Thongs

I’m leaving this here because I can’t find a customer service email to express my concerns and frustration. Unfortunately I will never get to experience these or everal other items I ordered because every time I order something from the rack, and you guys use Ontrac/Lasership as the courier, my packages end up missing. This has been going on for years but has gotten worse recently as that seems to be what you use majority of the time these days. This is even happening when I order from Nordstrom full line stores. Aren’t you guys losing a lot of money behind this, having to constantly refund customers their money back on top of losing the product? What kind of contract are you stuck in with them that you continue to use this horrible company in spite of your customer’s experience with them? With my latest order I don’t even have the option to report an issue and I can’t seem to find a contact email anywhere so I’m going to have to call to physically speak with someone which I rather not do. I will never shop with Nordstrom or the rack ever again as long you guys remain in business with Ontrac/Lasership as well as CDL. These companies are the worst of the worst and have no business “serving” the public.
