wrong size sent twice

Have no issue with the shoes, but twice got the wrong size. Ordered w9/m7 and got w5/m7. At some point started questioning my sanity. So one star for Nordstrom Rack warehouse team, shoes rating is unknown for obvious reasons.

Run small

These are cute but small in the length and my toes hit the end when I have the heel strap up. I would say size up but they are wide and I'm not sure if they would be horribly wide then. Odd fit.
